Vacuum handling system transports sensitive window panes quickly, safely and effortlessly

By means of special vacuum lifters, both heavy and bulky glasses can be gently transported and precisely inserted into prefabricated frames. The handling system described here consists of a GIS aluminum crane system with a vacuum lifter of type GHGE, in which compressed air is used to generate the safe vacuum.
A fully assembled window is lifted from the work table by crane and brought to the transport trolley
