Customer's benefit

GIS slewing wall cranes are the cost-effective alternative to pillar-mounted slewing cranes or complete crane systems. Wall-mounted slewing cranes have the advantage that they do not require any floor space, as they are mounted on load-bearing concrete walls or existing columns. GIS slewing cranes can be used universally for manual handling tasks at workplaces in production and workshops, but they are also important helpers for applications involving goods handling and in-house goods logistics.

Wall-mounted slewing cranes consist of a horizontal jib arm, which often has an electric chain hoist for lifting the load, and a bracket for attaching the slewing crane. The slewing crane is mounted to an existing column or wall either by means of composite or dowel technology, by using a counter plate or by attaching a clamp.

The slewing crane made of GISKB aluminium profiles convinces with the low dead weight of the jib arm and the low rolling resistance of the trolley used. Goods with a weight of up to 500 kg can be picked up quickly and safely, and the smooth-running jib allows them to be moved precisely and with minimum effort. This results in a significant reduction in throughput times, which has a positive effect on production costs and productivity.
