The synchronised hoist consists of 2 lifting units that are mechanically and electronically connected to each other, thus guaranteeing material transport on 2 absolutely parallel running chain strands. Without chain deflection, this design is very gentle on the material. If required by the application, a limited, asymmetrical load distribution is permissible thanks to the applied design.
The synchronous hoist is suitable for transporting long and bulky loads or goods that have to be picked up at two points. The distance between the load hooks can be selected. The absolute synchronisation of the electric chain hoist and the levelling capability of the two load elements enable the goods to be positioned precisely without undesirable rotating.
This type of chain hoist is used in the automotive and graphic industries, among others, but also in wood and metal processing.
