The task for Lee Machinery, our sales partner in Thailand, was very tricky. The task was to ensure the individual loading of 12 production machines in a very tight space. The basic structure is a free-standing system to which the crane systems are attached. For linear goods handling, an overhead monorail with 90° bends is available for each machine. The lifting operations for loads up to 1000 kg are carried out by GIS electric chain hoists of the type GP500 , which are designed for tough daily routine with long operating times and high switching frequency. The loads are moved effortlessly by GMF trolleys that can negotiate curves. This trolley model is optionally available with guiding rollers for smooth and gentle cornering.
