Repairs

We offer our Swiss customers repair and service work directly on site or in our service department at the Schötz location. A team of competent service technicians is on the road all year round with fully equipped service vans and has the required original spare parts with them at all times.

Service and Maintenance

Regular maintenance increases the safety of the crane system and minimises the risk of possible operational failures with high downtime costs. To comply with this safety aspect, we recommend that you subject GIS products to periodic maintenance. We offer maintenance work to our Swiss customers directly on site or in our service department at the Schötz site.

Installation

The installation of GIS crane systems in Switzerland is carried out by our experienced installation teams or by an installation company homologated by us. We take care of the entire process, from planning the assembly through organizing and scheduling the transport to carrying out the installation and commissioning it. In this way, we guarantee that your crane system is installed professionally and can be operated without any problems.

Commissioning

After your crane system has been professionally assembled, we recommend commissioning by our service technicians. They will ensure the safe and flawless operation of your new or converted crane system. At the same time, training for operation and necessary maintenance work can be carried out for the operating personnel.
